Itineri are proud to announce they are going carbon neutral. We have been working through our processes recently to lessen our environmental impact and have started working with Climate Care Ltd to offset our unavoidable CO2 emissions.

To ensure we offer the best possible advice to our clients, we have undertaken a survey of our principal suppliers to ensure we are working with the industry leaders in their respective fields.

Companies such as Interface Carpets with their Cool Carpet programme which achieves a Bre A rating and Humanscale who recently won a Bluesign award for their seating mesh fabric.

We have also streamlined our removal of waste from site. We sort all materials into metals, timber and carpet then send them to a specialist contractor either to be reused or for recycling.

Some emissions are unavoidable so we have made an agreement with Climate Care Ltd to offset them. They fund projects that include:

Renewable energy - This replaces non-renewable.

Energy efficiency - This reduces the amount of fuel needed .

Forest restoration - This absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere as the trees grow.

This is part of an ongoing review in Itineri to ensure we are doing all we can in co-operation with our manufacturers and clients.
